About Linda Afman

LINDA AFMAN was recently a Real Estate Broker for a 500 acre up-scale golf course community, Redlands Mesa. Identifying the need in the marketplace for this development through analysis of a local and extended market. She helped develop strategies and business plans to position the community on the cutting edge of the Western Colorado Real Estate Market. Elected to city council in Grand Junction after spearheading the largest city annexation (1,000 acres). She devoted time while serving on council, to business interest, economic development, land use planning, and a major valley wide growth plan. During this time on city council and also as Mayor of Grand Junction, she still continued a successful full time real estate career. Linda is currently a Broker/Realtor with Bray & CO.

She has worked with her husband Dutch to develop other residential communities surrounding an 18 hole golf course and multi-subdivision developments in Wyoming with 300+ home sales annually.
